  • Improve your strength or conditioning in a 1-on-1 setting with a tailored plan designed for you.

  • Achieve a CrossFit Milestone like your 1st pull-up or finally hit that elusive double under?

  • Improve your technique with Olympic Lifts? We can help you break down the movement, fix common faults, and lift with confidence!

  • Develop a CrossFit Skill or Movement with specific drills and technique work? We have helped folks get comfortable with various movements!

Pricing is below:

  • $840 for 12 sessions every 4 weeks

  • $600 for 8 sessions every 4 weeks

  • $340 for 4 sessions every 4 weeks

  • We are flexible if one of the options is not what you are looking for
